Liezel Chan Lucero
Liezel Chan Lucero is a San Sebastian College graduate, Senior Loan Officer, community advocate, and Daly City Women Commissioner with a passion for empowering individuals and creating stronger, safer communities. Her advocacy is deeply personal, shaped by the loss of her daughter, Frances Lucero, whose life and legacy continue to inspire her commitment to supporting survivors of domestic violence and families
affected by violence. Liezel joined Allice because she believes meaningful change happens when people come together, learn from one another, and use their voices to make a difference. She is motivated by the opportunity to connect with like-minded leaders, grow as a leader, and turn lived experiences into meaningful action.
Through Allice, Liezel aspires to strengthen her leadership, expand her advocacy, and build partnerships that empower survivors and young people to speak up without fear. She hopes to contribute her experience, compassion, and determination to creating communities where people feel heard, supported, and safe.
For Liezel, Allice is an opportunity to turn pain into purpose, honor Frances’ legacy, and inspire others to become advocates for positive change.
